
For many years now we have published 5 columns of wholesale pricing but this year we're making a change to 7 columns. We want to be able to offer the best price points to all customers. We are also adding another method you can use to "Buy Up" to a better discount column. The top 4 discount columns have a quantity of balls (excluding closeout balls) that may be purchased on a single order that will immediately qualify the customer for that discount column for all purchases for the balance of the 2006-2007 season. For instance: an order ozf 12 balls on a single order would qualify you for "D" column pricing on that order and future orders until June 30, 2007. Each higher column represents a better discount percentage.
As in past years, we will continue to reward our loyal customers for their annual purchases from Anchorman Sales. Each discount column also has a corresponding purchase qualifier. These numbers are based on annual figures for the previous season - the more you buy from Anchorman Sales - the better the price you'll pay for each item. Annual purchases are accumulated from July 1st through June 30th for each fiscal year. We'll help you monitor your purchases by printing your year-to-date sales on each invoice.

Terms & Conditions
Anchorman Sales sells only to established Bowling Centers and Pro Shops. A
copy of a valid Retail Sales License to establish account prior to first order
must accompany new Account Applications.
Our terms are Net 30 days with approved credit. All others will be COD or prepaid with MasterCard, Visa or Discover. Orders to accounts in past due status will be shipped COD for the past due amount as well as the current shipment. There will be a 1.5% per month (18% annually) service charge on past due invoices. Any account paid by credit card at any time other than the day of shipping will incur a 4% credit card processing fee.
All checks returned for non-payment by the issuing bank will be subject to a $25.00 service charge. Account terms will immediately change to COD Cashiers Check Only until a cashier's check is remitted for the balance of the returned check and the service charge in full. Check balance and service charges must be paid in full within ten (10) business days or the account will be turned over to the District Attorney's Office for collection and/or prosecution. A second check returned by the issuing back for non-payment may result in a permanent change to COD Cashier's Check Only at the discretion of Anchorman Sales.
Back Orders
Anchorman Sales strives to keep our inventory levels such that back orders
are not an issue. We are at the mercy of the factories, however, so backorders
do occur occasionally. When you place an order for an item that is not in
stock, we will notify you as you place your order along with any information
we have about availability. Once the item has arrived, we will contact you
to let you know your back order is in stock and give you the opportunity to
add more items to the shipment to save on freight expense.
Return Policy
Anchorman Sales will stand behind the factory warranty of all products and
manufacturers that we represent exactly as the manufacturers have stated.
Warranty on any product, however, is limited to replacement of the defective
merchandise (or credit for the purchase amount of the defective item).
Items returned for credit without defect must be approved by Anchorman Sales prior to shipping. Once authorization is received, the item must be returned in the original package. The package must be placed inside another box for shipping and must arrive in a sellable condition. A Credit Memo will be issued once the item has been received and inspected. The Credit Memo, once issued by Anchorman Sales, may be deducted from future payment for customers on open account terms. COD and Credit Card customers will have Credit Memos deducted automatically. Anchorman Sales will not refund Credit Memos and items may not be deducted from invoices prior to the issue of credit. Anchorman Sales reserves the right to charge a restocking fee on all returned items.
Special Orders
Special Order items are inventory items that Anchorman Sales, Inc. does not
stock. If you place an order for an item that is "special order"
you will be notified at the time your order is placed. We are happy to order
the item in for you and your customer and will direct ship it to you from
the factory, if possible. However, once the item is ordered, the order may
not be cancelled.
Free Freight Program
We are proud to offer free freight to our customers for orders of $300 or
more of in-stock, non-closeout merchandise placed on a single order. Certain
restrictions and qualifications are as follows:
* Account must be current, with no invoices older than thirty (30) days. Freight
may be deducted only if the invoice is paid within thirty (30) days of the
invoice date.
* Anchorman Sales is proud to have most items in stock at the time of your
order, however, occasionally we will have to back order an item. These back
orders will not count toward the $300 free freight requirement. We will contact
you when the back order is received and give you the opportunity to add to
the item(s) being shipped to re-qualify for free freight at that time.
* Close-Out items do not count toward the $300 qualifying order. You must
have $300 of regularly priced items. Close-Out items shipped with an order
that qualifies for free freight will have a pro-rated charge based on the
actual freight charges for the close-out item(s).
* COD accounts that have no past due invoices outstanding on their account
will have the freight charges deducted from qualifying orders automatically.
COD Fees charged by the transportation company do not qualify for free freight
and will be the responsibility of the customer.
* Free freight program applies only to ground transportation. Next Day Air,
2nd Day Air and Priority Mail shipments will not be eligible to have freight
charges deducted. Extra freight charges such as Hazardous Materials Charges
that are added by the transportation company may not be deducted.
* Freight charges will be added to all open account invoices. It is the responsibility
of the customer to deduct the freight charges on eligible invoices. Once payment
is received, no adjustment may be made for freight deductions not taken.
Fall Dating
Anchorman Sales offers Fall Dating program for qualified customers with approved
credit. Account must have sufficient credit limit to cover dating order and
be in good standing with Anchorman Sales with no past due invoices. Minimum
order of $1000.00 may be any combination of balls, bags or shoes. Accessories,
apparel, machine parts and lane products are not eligible for dating program
orders. Same day shipping may not apply.
* Fall dating orders will be accepted from 6-1-05 through 9-1-05. There are 2 payment options for fall dating: Net Due 9-15-06 or installment payments due on 9-15-06, 10-15-06 and 11-15-06.
Freight charges may be deducted from any dating invoice of $300 or more if ALL payments are received on or before the due date. If you choose the installment payment option, the freight charges may be deducted from final payment only.
Finance charges of 1.5%
per month or 18% annually will be charged on all past due dating invoices.
Invoices are considered past due if payment is not received in our office
on or before the due date of each payment.
