All customers
of Anchorman Sales must be verified bowling centers and/or pro shops who sell
to the public. All orders will be prepaid using Mastercard, Visa, Discover,
American Express or electronic check unless otherwise approved by the management
of Anchorman Sales. All returned checks will be subject to a $30 service charge.
We reserve the right to require pre-payment or guaranteed funds on all future
orders. Any and all collection fees incurred by Anchorman Sales to collect
on a debt will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
Drop ship orders are subject to a fee of $5.00

Return Policy
Anchorman Sales will stand behind the factory warranty of all
products and manufacturers that we represent exactly as the manufacturers
have stated. Warranty on any product, however, is limited to replacement or
credit of the defective merchandise (or credit for the purchase amount of
the defective item).
Items returned for credit without defect must be approved by Anchorman Sales
prior to shipping. Once authorization is received, the item must be returned
in the original package. The package must be placed inside another box for
shipping and must arrive in a sellable condition. A Credit Memo will be issued
once the item has been received and inspected. The Credit Memo, once issued
by Anchorman Sales, may be deducted from future payment for customers on open
account terms. COD and Credit Card customers will have Credit Memos deducted
automatically. Anchorman Sales will not refund Credit Memos and items may
not be deducted from invoices prior to the issue of credit. Anchorman Sales
reserves the right to charge a restocking fee on all returned items.
Free Freight Program
We are proud to offer free freight to our customers for orders
of $350 or more of in-stock, non-closeout merchandise placed on a single order.
Certain restrictions and qualifications are as follows:
Account must be current, with no invoices older than thirty (30) days. Freight
may be deducted only if the invoice is paid within thirty (30) days of the
invoice date.
Anchorman Sales is proud to have most items in stock at the time of your order,
however, occasionally we will have to back order an item. These back orders
will not count toward the $350 free freight requirement. We will contact you
when the back order is received and give you the opportunity to add to the
item(s) being shipped to re-qualify for free freight at that time.
Close-Out items do not count toward the $350 qualifying order. You must have
$350 of regularly priced items. Close-Out items shipped with an order that
qualifies for free freight will have a pro-rated charge based on the actual
freight charges for the close-out item(s).
COD and Credit Card accounts that have no past due invoices outstanding on
their account will have the freight charges deducted from qualifying orders
automatically. COD Fees charged by the transportation company do not qualify
for free freight and will be the responsibility of the customer.
Free freight program applies only to ground transportation. Next Day Air,
2nd Day Air and Priority Mail shipments will not be eligible to have freight
charges deducted. Extra freight charges such as Hazardous Materials Charges
that are added by the transportation company may not be deducted.
Freight charges will be added to all open account invoices. It is the responsibility
of the customer to deduct the freight charges on eligible invoices. Once payment
is received, no adjustment may be made for freight deductions not taken.
